Batalla Pa’delante | Struggle To Strive is Eddie Martinez’s solo exhibition, detailing the artist’s experience as a migrant farm worker through a series of paintings. Based on Eddie’s family photos, the series tells a story of his family’s life and their perseverance through painted memories of shared hardships and simple joys. This exhibition is made possible by the Nexus Grant, awarded by the Economic Development Department of the City of Austin.
